GA Series Nitrogen Gas Compressors
The GA Series inert gas compressors are complete systems designed for high demand industrial use. The GA Series utilize BAUER air cooled, multi-stage reciprocating piston compressors designed to deliver nitrogen from 2000 to 6000 PSIG. The GA Series is available in a range of sizes for adapting a single injection molding machine to gas assist or incorporating an entire plant.
Key Features
High performance inlet filters with gas-tight housings allow only clean, particulate free gas to enter the compressor. The GA Series comes complete with an inlet and outlet regulation panel to reduce source nitrogen gas pressures to process requirements. Regulation panels come fully assembled with inlet and outlet pressure gauges, high pressure reducing regulator and safety relief valve. Interstage separators remove oil and condensate during compression and final coalescing filters eliminate all measurable impurities from the nitrogen gas. All GA Series compressors include an expandable High Pressure Gas Storage System with two (2) 4500 PSIG cylinders. In addition to providing a source of stored nitrogen, the high pressure gas cylinders also serve as a pulsation dampener.
